First Art lesson and a home cooked meal...

Hello!

This is my first real post seeing as the last one was to just get everyone caught up on my life and who I actually am. This is more of what I will be sharing on a day-to-day basis. Today for me was a Tuesday and this was what I got up to today (roughly).

9am - English - keep working through Romeo and Juliet, taking notes as you go

10am - Morning tea break

10:15 - Photography Challenge -

Exercise 9: Mixing Bowl
Drop many pieces of scrap paper into a mixing bowl. Each piece should have a single word or phrase. Draw a piece of paper, grab your camera, and start shooting.

11am - MATHS TUTOR

12pm - Lunch and break

12:30 - History - Continue watching Gone with the Wind

1:30pm - Art Study - Commence online program

So that was my day!

I want to share a bit about what my art lesson was today. I recently started using an online art program called Our Homeschool Forum. It is a great website which allows me to participate in interactive lessons through my computer. I started on lesson 1 today and worked on discovering lines in art. I studied Vincent Van Go's 'Starry, Starry Night' and then created my own.

What do you think?? Any good?
I really enjoyed today's lessons and finished my day off by cooking the family dinner. I made a simple pesto pasta with zucchini, corn, capsicum and tomato.

It was pretty delicious in my opinion!

Anyway that's about all from me. You'll hear from me again tomorrow!
