Hey guys,  Happy Tuesday! I only have two more days of school left of this term after today! What am I going to do with myself for two whole weeks?! Also do you guys think I should keep blogging over the holidays? Like maybe once or twice a week? Let me know in the comments. Anyway, here's my day... 8:15  Yoga - choose one of Adrienne’s beginner yoga sessions.  Really try and listen and do the breathing etc. as she describes. Hey  everyone! Happy Monday!  Welcome back from the weekend, I hope you all had a great one. On Saturday my Mum and I had a day to ourselves because the other kids were with their dad's. We went to the hairdressers, had coffee out and watched a movie. It was a great day. Yesterday we spent the day at Burleigh Heads swimming and eating pizza. I also got my second ear piercings done!  Starbucks coffee on Saturday My two piercings!! My Indigo girl and I Anyway, here's my day today... 9am  Maths - 1 hour. Work swiftly and thoroughly in maths this week. 10am  Morning tea break 10:15  Revision of the poem (presenting this  off by heart  later this week) 10:30  French - 5 new words / phrases plus revision of all material covered so far. Happy Friday everyone!  I hope you've all had a great week and are  ready for a fun weekend! My mum and I have a free day on Saturday and I'm planning on getting my second ear piercings done which will be great. I've wanted them for ages! Another day, another post... Today is Thursday and I spent the day at the library. It is still raining heavily and some places are beginning to flood. I loved sitting in the library listening to the rain while I do my schoolwork. Here's what the view looked like.  Loving this rain! Anyway... Here's my day:  9 (ish) Maths 1 hour + 15 minutes times tables revision 8, 9, 12 (there will be a full times tables test next week - last week of term) Morning Tea break 10:30  English - complete and tidy up / proofread bonus chapter. Hey everyone, happy Wednesday! It is cozy weather here today. I  hasn't  stopped raining in about 24 hours and shows no sign of stopping. It's that really heavy rain too that makes you feel like  you're  drowning. Personally I love the rain, its the best kind of weather for curling up in bed with a good book and cup of tea. And thats exactly what I did this  morning . Happy Hump Day!!  Today it is Wednesday so that means it's the middle of a great week. Hooray! This morning my Mum had to make an important phone call so I took Miss Indigo up to the park and we hung out there for about an hour. That's why I didn't start school until 10:15. I'm really loving the work I'm doing at the moment, its all stuff I've never learnt before which is always good. Hey everyone!  Today was an awesome day! This morning I had the morning off and we went to the Arts Centre for morning tea and a walk. It was really nice, I didn't start school until 11am 😊 There was an art exhibition happening full of self portraits done by Aboriginal children. It was really interesting. French revision for test which will be after lunch Revise the first stanza of the poem, and begin learning the next one Lunch and break 45 minutes French Test Divergent response - study questions. In the program there is a new Special Reflective Writing task on “Divergent”. Work through these study questions, adding them into One Note. This should take around 1 hour to complete. Hey there,  Today is Thursday so nearly the end of the week!! I stayed up late last night watching '10 things I hate about you'. Great movie! But I am tired today... And having an overexcited 1 year old wake you up isn't the best thing at 7 o'clock in the morning! Here's my day... 9am  Maths - 1 hour 10:15am  - Look at the feedback for “The Help” reflective piece, and edit. 10:30am  - Please proofread the French History/Culture essay. There are some minor grammatical errors, as well as some incomplete sentences. Have the final copy ready to submit by Friday.  11am  - French - language study. Please continue to revise the words. Look up any pronunciation that is confusing. Practice writing out (by hand) the words and phrases. Speaking them aloud. Listen to the pronunciation, and play around with sounding more “French”. Hey guys,  Today was swimming, so I am TIRED... But that does tie in with getting new library books, so that works out great for me. Got lots of new reading material. The library recently restocked the teen section, so I am on a roll. Here's my day... 8:30 ish get picked up Swimming 45 minutes 10am  - Baby Rhyme Time / Book return / Book collect etc. Home 11ish ; Morning Tea 11:30  - Maths 1 hour 12:30  - Lunch and break time 1:15  - History - continue working on French essay.  Also, look over the presentation so it's ready for tonight. 2pm  - Watch the following videos on French culture and history.
